I need help with settings regarding assigning edge banding. If I use material type as undefined my parts come in separated (BEndL10 and BEndR10) just as I would prefer, however, my edge banding does not show up.
If I assign material type as Sheet Good, my edge banding shows up, but my two sides (BEndL10 and BEndR10) get rolled into one part with quantity of 2. Each end is an unique component.
Is there a way to have export of each part with banding included?

Your 2 parts are just grouped because they have the same size and edge banding.
Grouping part is an option. You can desactivate this feature in cutlist options.
